Below you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our sofas, ordering process, delivery, payments, and returns.

🛋️ Ordering & Products

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our online store, select your desired sofa model, choose fabric or color options, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase securely. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases.

Q: Can I customize my sofa?
A: Yes! Many of our sofas are available in a range of fabrics, colors, and configurations (e.g., L-shape, 3-seater, recliner). Customization options are shown on each product page.

Q: What if the sofa I want is out of stock?
A: If a product is unavailable, it will be marked as “Out of Stock.” You can contact our support team at support@rccontrolmasters.de to get restock updates or recommendations for similar models.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
A: If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +49 162 874 9453 or support@rccontrolmasters.de.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: RC Control Masters currently ships to all addresses within Germany. For large sofa orders, we offer specialized furniture delivery services.
(If you plan to expand, you can later add: “We also deliver to neighboring EU countries.”)

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and sofa size.
    You’ll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout and a confirmation once your sofa is dispatched.

Q: Will my sofa be assembled upon delivery?
A: Most sofas arrive partially assembled for easy transport. Basic assembly instructions are included, and our delivery partners can assist with setup upon request (extra charges may apply).

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link and estimated delivery time.

Q: What should I do if my sofa is damaged upon arrival?
A: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there’s visible damage, refuse the package or note it with the delivery carrier.
If you discover damage later, contact us within 48 hours at support@rccontrolmasters.de, including your order number and photos of the damage.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept several secure payment methods, including:

  • Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)

  • Sofortüberweisung

  • Google Pay / Apple Pay

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Our entire website uses SSL encryption to protect your data. We never store your full credit card details.

Q: Which currency will I be charged in?
A: All prices and payments are processed in EUR (€).

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on most unused and undamaged sofas within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging.
Custom-made or special-order sofas are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To start a return, please email support@rccontrolmasters.de with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and further instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We only replace sofas that arrive damaged or defective.
For other reasons (such as size or color preference), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
